The Alcazar of Seville is the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe, a monumental and exquisite example of the beauty of the Mudejar architecture of Al-Andalus.

Tour picked us up at the port in the early morning. It is 1,30-45 to drive to Seville. In Seville it is beautiful, lots of old houses and lots to see. It is a long day and lots of walking, but is is worth it.

The Palace was amazing, the lines were pretty long and if you didn't book ahead you could not get into the palace.

About a 2-hour bus ride from the port of Cadiz. Waited 45 minutes to get into the Alcazar, which was not pleasant; some of the radio earphones didn't work, but enjoyed seeing the gardens and the architecture. Appreciated the guided walk in Seville and tapas in a little café on our own. Browsed a few shops. This tour ran short of time on your own.
