We've sailed Seabourn 5 times and this was our first since the pandemic.
A DISAPPOINTMENT. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO PRIOR SAILINGS.
Don’t charge full prices for over 1/2 staff still brand new
30k for an 11 day cruise with this many issues no thanks
Pros:
Size of ship we still like
Location of PH suite on deck 10, very quiet -although view blocked PH1025

First thing to realize is that the Venture is an expedition ship. It does not offer a “sit by the pool and sip pina coladas” type experience. What it does offer is exciting, off the beaten path itineraries, education and adventures under the guidance of a highly qualified expedition staff.
