Standards have fallen on SAGA. The restaurant staff all seem hassled. Food delivered via cabin service was not hot. Disembarkation at Portsmouth was lengthy and dispiriting. We chose this cruise because we have travelled with SAGA before, know and trust the company and because we very much wanted to enjoy the experience of seeing Greenland again in a degree of comfort.
