Ship wasn’t ready to sail. Customer service was horrible! Not enough seating in Eatery and Arena. The ship is very poor and needs a full refit. Lots of toilets out of order, hazard tape on floor, viruses on board. Main dining room up selling of food now if you want quality. We were staying in cabin on the 11th floor with infinity ocean view boarded at Palmero with fantastica experience. Issue 1: They do not clean you window.
