Sailed on a 5 day NCL cruise from NY to Bermuda. This was my 6th NCL cruise and definitely enjoy the NCL freestyle experience. This cruise was no different. I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite.
