We love cruising. This was our 21st cruise and first on Regent. It was our 3rd cruise this year also. Our room was on the 6th floor. We were disappointed with the cruise from Vancouver to Tokyo, for it lacked the five star quality that we were expecting. We have been on over 20 cruises, and in certain areas-like the internet and excursions-it was by far the worse of any cruise. Perhaps Regent is now a three star line.

I love the Pacific Ocean, the islands and the Pacific People. I like a lot of sea days as shore visits take a toll of my damaged feet. I'm a loyal Princess cruiser and also have been on the Coral Princess before and love the smaller ship with the amazing quirky decor.

We got quite a bumpy start,,, our first stop in Alaska before heading to Japan was cancelled. I was really looking foward to see the inside passage and Ketchikan. We lifted and shifted our reservations, with Celebrity being quite amenable after a bit of balking.
