This was a nightmare cruise from start to finish. Long lines at embarkation and NCL eliminated priority for Gold Members...only platinum and platinum plus. We entered our cabin to find blood stains on our duvet and old, yellowed, pilled bedding. The bedding was changed after I complained, but it should not have been in service. I chose this cruise because my husband and I had a lovely experience with a Transatlantic crossing on the NCL Star in 2013. Bad choice!

My wife and I chose this cruise because of the transatlantic crossing and specifically the ports of Zeebrugee and Ponta Delgada. This cruise was HORRIBLE. NCL is focused only on profits and not customer experience. Once they have your money they ignore you. Porta Delgada was cancelled due to high winds, major disaster with disembarkation/embarkation in Brest (talk about walking the plank, that's what literally happened).
