Just got off the Carnival Horizon april 2024. I have been on other Carnival cruises in the past and this was a shock. Carnival is not a cruise ship, it is drunken party boat. The ship was nice, but it is made for seniors. I am an active senior but I spent most of my time in the room. I paid for 3 excursions and got to do none of them.
