This was our third cruise with carnival. The first two being prior to covid.
The boat is like a big floating RSL club. Super understaffed compared to last trips and way over crowded.
The line at buffet was 20 minutes , to get pizza or bar service was even worse due to minimal staff.
Tender boats have also been reduced to two boats for entire ship to get to the shore, so we waited 5 hours ...
this is the worst ship I have ever been on for maintenance and services that ship is not been fully refinished the outside of the ship is in poor shape the flooring or deck of the ship is very dangerous to walk on my wife had a major fall the first day on the ship and received major injuries the ship head explain they do not have time to repair so we had to leave the ship 5 days later and fly home ...

Food had limited choices unless you preferred Indian or Asian type dishes. Food bar area in pantry was so small very packed. Although wait staff were very polite other cruisers weren’t the same.
Customer Service was poor and hard to get a response from guest services when you did try in person you had to que for an hour.

Chose cruise for destinations and celebration of 50th our anniversary and a 75 birthday.
Food very average. I compared it to a step up from the Golden corral. Formal night diner proportion and selection undesirable and embarrassing to us for the wait staff to serve it.
