Booked a smaller ship thinking that overcrowding wouldn’t be as big of a problem as in past cruises. Boy, was I wrong, and add to that a dated jalopy of a ship to spend a week on. My husband and I embarked on this cruise, despite a radically changed itinerary, because MSC refused our request for a refund. If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning. MSC said the ship was refurbished in 2023 and they must be talking about the exterior of the ship. The public stairs lot dated with the teal and chocolate motif. The chaos for onboarding should've given us the picture, but we had paid and were committed. They gave us a time window to show up, we did.
