The boat is new so everything is clean and well maintained, it is large and very little frequented, it has a large gym, many shops and the service of the tankers in the bars is very good. There are no burdens and at no time do you feel they are on top of you to sell you anything and for you to consume their products.
All catering services are buffet style, except for a la carte restaurants. ...
A brand new ship, 150 other guests, many from France and Belgium as it was a a Opera Cruise. Us Australians were adopted by all and again we could not fault Ponant. The destinations visited, the tours, the food, the wines, the cruise companions, the crew..... you name it, all lends for a perfect cruise.
We visited Greece, Turkey, Egypt and Jordon. Add that to our Antarctic cruise in late 2017. ...
My husband and I have been travelling for over 30 years and this was the worst holiday we have ever had.
The Staff and crew are disorganised and poorly trained in there jobs. They have no customer service skills at all. Most looked like they didn't want to be in the job and were reluctant to talk or smile and it came across as they were only there to get paid and tour the world. Not at ...
Beautiful beautiful beautiful, I love this ship.
We spent 18 days on this ship and I don't think we saw everything or tried every bar like we planned. But along the way we met some new friends, amazing staff, had lots of laughs and good times.
I booked Aurea cabin 14279, had a look on youtube and saw the overhang, lucky I was able to change to cabin 14041 the last cabin at the front before ...
Having now completed 7 cruises over 8 years with MSC we continue to enjoy the multi national experience both on board and counties visited. This cruise will rank as one of our favorites great ship great food fantastic crew and many happy memories.
Aurea experience anytime dinners great fun with food well presented attentive service by Rico our waiter and personally treated every night by one ...
Staff in the Lighthouse restaurant were fabulous and service exceptional, in particular Iveth Valle and Ovilen Pumbien. Our cabin attendant Juli Antara was also amazing. Trushant Ligam from masters of the seas was a very professional employee & always remembered our name and our family members. Eka was also very efficient and very new to the ship. These staff were very accommodating and work very ...
Itinerary was very good Barcelona to Dubai via Suez Canal. 19 days so plenty of time to check out most things.
Embarkation at Barcelona was a nightmare. Three hours to board & no organisation in terminal what-so-ever.
Cabin very good. Dining in restaurant & buffet very good. No complaints about the food at all.
Entertainment was poor, especially for a 19 day cruise. Same trio or quartet ...
We bought this as a package that included flights. We looked forward for over a year to a beautiful new ship and watched the progress of its construction. Sadly the anticipation was the best part. Bellissima is a huge ship that crams in as many cabins and people at the sacrifice of public areas. There are never enough seats in the public areas although there are tables available, the lack of ...
I took this cruise for The Suez Canal and the Arabia countries for their culture and religion and also a time for a good memorable vacation for me and which I’ve got from this cruise.
I liked the entertainments in the theater also the lectures on destinations by Debbie. I still have more on my bucket list to go through yet. I was hoping on this cruise could’ve helped me make a quick decision ...
EMBARKATION
This took about 40 minutes end-to-end, which was much faster than other cruises I have been on.
Disembarkation at ports was well managed and fast, aside from one occasion when it was complete chaos after a docking delay, as passengers were not provided with revised timings. Timely information was provided on the procedure at ports, plus advice on local customs, tourist ...
