We haven't been on a cruise in 3 yrs and not a Carnival one in 5 yrs. We received a nice offer for a Suite cabin from the Players Club. Food: Guy's burger joint was very good. We selected this cruise for several reasons 1) Casino Rate $100 pp for the week, 2) Anniversary, 3) Did not have to fly and 4) NCL doesn't sail in the summer to Mexico. We selected this cruise for exclusivity, serenity and education. What a SHOCK when 20 or more young junior English loutish "travel agents" were given a free cruise. They were treated better than paying passengers, were rude, frequently drunk, rowdy and annoying. They dominated and were indulged by the senior officers. We have travel on Celebrity for 24 years...3 times on the Millennium. Due to Covid and a new staff of workers, the Customer Service was awful. We couldn't get WI-FI to work consistently the TV had hardly any stations and it only worked when we were at sea.....2 movie channels, ESPN1 and 2 MSNBC, BBC, BBC1, Cartoons, RedBull channel, Fox news and CNN.
