I was really disappointed in Norwegian considering they changed the itineray with 1 week left before cruise and offered no explanation. Costa Rico was out replaced by Alcapulco. That mean 4 Mexico Ports. which were almost all the same.

Had great experience in Hawaii, much smaller ship but NCL seems to take very good care of customers. The Joy is a newer ship and I wanted to preview for Alaska but I will not recruise on this ship. Mainly for the Panama Canal
The first thing Norwegian did was a few days prior to sailing was to cancel a destination and substitute it for a lesser destination. Never had this happen before many people were not happy about this .

Stateroom Attendant service was outstanding.. Quality of Lincoln Center Stage musicians and recitals were world class. Panama Canal presentations and speaker were excellent. The actual transit was normal : 8 hours from coast to coast...glad it was cloudy to keep the hot sun at bay...

The staff are wonderful and so helpful, but the ship is old. I’ve cruised on the Grand numerous times. The elevators were alway having problems. Not being able to take the stairs was always an inconvenience and having to wait.
The ladies restrooms always had at least one stall that was “under maintenance” and sometimes two out of the three were not working.
