This is a tough review to write because on one hand, getting back out on the water and cruising was the most welcome respite from an otherwise awful 18ish months of hell due to the pandemic, but on the other hand, there were a number of hiccups and overall issues that prevented this from being the experience that we'd hoped for.

I was excited to sail again and was looking forward to Princess' new Medallion Class experience. Using the Princess app made pre-embarkation easy. This was a post Covid vacation on my favorite cruise lines. The Panorama, being new, was an exciting option. The boarding process was similar to the early 2000's with long lines that moved slowly, only to show ID that previously was handled in a single transaction at the terminal entry point.
