We were staying in cabin on the 11th floor with infinity ocean view boarded at Palmero with fantastica experience. Issue 1: They do not clean you window. The ship was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant, and the customer service was outstanding. The spa was incredibly difficult to get an appointment in with their limited staff.
