Mediocre PCL experience. As Captain Circle Platinum guests, we received very little recognitions throughout our 7-day cruise. PCL primarily focus seems to be “charge more, give less.” Imposed new charges on services which should be included, such as room service, medallion orders, Alfredo/Gigi’s, etc. Crew seemed tired, overwhelmed, unhappy and rude at times. 1. Cagney’s Steakhouse is excellent. The service is superb. The meats are succulent. There isn’t a miss on that menu. Not one.

We started off on the wrong foot. Our airfare was included, BUT - Norwegian had my son and grandson on one flight and my daughter in law and granddaughter on a different flight!
