What a great cruise. I am an experienced cruiser. I have been on Carnival,, NCL Princess, HAL and Celebrity. Celebrity being my favorite cruise line right now.

This was our first cruise on Celebrity, our other cruises were on Royal Caribbean.
We arrived in Vancouver 2 days early to allow us some free time before the cruise. We went to the Capilano Suspension Bridge, and the Fly Over Canada. Both well worth the money.

embarkation a nightmare. There were 2 ships at the same terminal for checkin. confusion and unorganized. After dragging luggage thru terminal for 200 yards we thought we final reach the end of line. We chose this cruise because of the wonderful experience we had on Infinity and of course the itinerary. Alas, this was a huge disappoint. We paid for a Royal Suite and the truth is, it was no where near worth it.

The speakers were outstanding. The waiters and room attendants were excellent, as usual. The ship's cabins are starting to show a bit of aging. I understand that the Solstice is going into dry dock for some updates soon, so maybe that will be addressed. Took the Radiance of the Seas to Alaska in Jul 2016 and was not overwhelmed as I have been with other ships of this carrier. We had an amazing time aboard the Radiance of the Seas on our cruise to Hawaii. We were thrilled to find this 11 night cruise to Hawaii on Royal Caribbean. It apparently was a repositioning cruise after they were done with their Alaska tours for the summer.

Terrific cruise to Hawaii. Embarkation was easy because we walked to the port. We heard there were problems with taxis. But we were able to get on board in less than an hour.
