1st cruise with Princess - not impressed. Food was average. Service in dining room was good and bad - one day coffee for breakfast was served promptly, another day, waited over 10 minutes. Regular dinner menu had hamberger on it, other cruise line have steak on everyday menu. We enjoyed this 18 day cruise to Hawaii and back, the longest cruise we've taken. There were five sea days in each direction, a great time to relax and explore the ship.

My wife and I booked this cruise because we got a great deal on the fare. We booked an inside guaranteed room which Holland America chooses, which turned out to be an extra large stateroom in the rear cent er of the main deck, the lowest deck.
