Staff very nice and pleasant. Balcony cabin b222 very good position clean and tidy. Shops on board well over priced, sale day on board like a jumble sale (junk) Food OK always found something to eat. Entertainment very poor kareoke not entertainment just cheap penny pinching not putting on acts. Comedian nothing to right home about and magic show seen same old card tricks several times done ...

We cruise a lot on all different lines and this is the first ship we felt was UNACCEPTABLE. This is especially disturbing since the ship was chartered by Vantage 'Deluxe' Travel which we had heard was a terrific travel company. Although the cancellation of 3 ports was unavoidable, the delayed timing was later than was needed to cancel without a large loss. The included air far gave us such bad connections that we had to pay $175/pp deviation & another $100/pp = $275/pp to get reasonable flights. Beware. They hold the cards.
