The majority of our past cruises have been with Royal Caribbean (RCI) and we have been happy with RCI but we wanted to try something different so we traded up to Celebrity and booked a cruise on Celebrity Infinity for March 2024. Getting to Venice was a long travel day. Viking had a guide to escort us through Heathrow and given our short layover there it was a lifesaver. Staff is great and they out of their way to please customers. Food is below average and repeats every day. Ship layout is amazing and provides feeling of a smaller ship. Nothing is ever crowded.
