We have cruised on other Cruise Lines, however this trip was our first Viking Cruise. Our experience was first class from the time of check-in to leaving the ship. First, it is a beautiful ship, but (a) the first 2 cruises were cancelled because the ship wasn't ready and (b) not all of the venues were open when we boarded what turned out to be the 3rd cruise. It was nice being on a brand new ship but we were really disappointed on what wasn’t open especially most of Park 19 and the arena. The dome was very busy when it was opened so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The pools were nice especially the pool area in the forward of the ship that had two hot tubs.
