Getting to Venice was a long travel day. Viking had a guide to escort us through Heathrow and given our short layover there it was a lifesaver. Viking is an exceptional cruise line in so many ways. The ship was immaculate - rooms are cleaned daily and the turn-down service is nice. the friendly staff get to know your names.
