It pains me to write this as my husband and I have taken multiple NCL cruises and have always been pleased. While the ports of call were wonderful, almost everything else lacked. We choose a nice cruise from Savona around the Mediterranian Sea. But very bad service, unfriendly crew and bar members at the pool area and also in the main restaurant.
