This wasn't at all what we expected as our first cruise.
Embarkation was a nightmare. After receiving our cabin keys we were herded to a large room with hundreds of people. We waited there for 4 hours with nothing to drink and lots of standing room only with all the people. There was a network problem of some sort that stopped anyone from getting on the ship.

The was our fourth Norwegian cruise. Our third in the Haven.
Embarkation was great, we flew in Miami from Tampa. Got in about 9:35 am, took a cab from the airport to the port of Miami. Cab fare is a fixed price. $27.00

We did. not choose this cruise. Our daughter chose it and asked us to come with them. There was a major issue on embarkation, NCL computers were down and boarding took hours.Once that was fixed things went pretty good. We did have to move cabins due to crew noise above ours.
