Chose this cruise as for 12 nights there were 8 ports of call so not many sea days. Sadly a massive storm started on the day of embarkation and messed up the whole trip. MSC is offering good prices, but you get what you paid for. I general ship is good, new, nice and clean. Good services, not very crowded, except plaza, which is not plaza, but place for traffic jam. Beautiful ship. Very clean. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Food was mediocre at best. Most meats and fish were overcooked even if we specified the way we liked it done. Most meals came luke warm at best. Never hot except for some soups. Even at breakfast we ordered eggs benedict and the yolk was rock hard. Complaining went nowhere. We based our decision to cruise Holland after sailing with the line 2 times in the past and being extremely happy with exceptional service.
