Long line for embarkation (1 hour wait). Cabin was extremly small compared to other cruise lines. Bread was stale/old...every single time at the restaurants. The ship is below average to poor. It is old and outdated. The service is fine for the most part except the disembarkation process which was poor and not well coordinated. It sailed to Cuba. The excursions were amazing. I went to a rum distillery, a cigar making farm, a huge mural on the side of a mountain. The young Cuban tour guide was very knowledgeable and easily approchable.

We had an issue with the temperature of our Cabin being way too hot. We couldn't even stand to take showers and get ready at night as it was too hot. We called to have it fixed and 5-6 hours later nothing had been done. No one seemed to care and the lady that answered our call was rude to us.
Customer Service dropped the ball.

We had the Pegasus suite which was large and wonderful. Very out of date however. The hot tub on the back deck was great, bed very comfortable, ship built in 1991 so it's dated.

Don't listen to any hype on this line. Food is horrible, way too salty. Boat is falling apart, broken drawers, no remote control worked, pool rusty and tiles falling out.
