I have cruised with rccl many times in the past. I had a problem with my next door neighbor playing and singing along with rap music from 1:30 am to 2:15 am. I called guest service twice and no one answered. Later they offered 15% of the cost of that cruise towards the next rccl within the year. That's $200. Wow. Guest service was not great, I called three times the day we arrived on the boat to let them know that there were four people in our room and the room was only set up for three. We are platinum members, and this cruise was a nightmare. First, we always get a handicap room, since my husband is very unsteady and uses a walker. Upon arrival, we were booked a regular inside room, which, means the bathroom has a step up and a very small shower. Our agent assured us he booked us a handicap room.
