I chose this cruise as an option to introduce cruising to my family. I've gone on five previous Carnival cruises and had a great time. Sadly, this ship was a disappointment. I was appalled by the poor quality of food in the Main Dining Room and Lido deck. The only options that were good in my opinion were the Sushi and Deli options. There were flies surrounding the food on the Lido deck and on ...
Serenade's food was overall very food. There's just nothing to do on the ship. This should be 3-4 night ship max.
Kid Area: is almost a waste. It's a little bit bigger than a plastic pool in the backyard.
Main Pool: it's kept so deep you better know how to swim or put a jacket on to save yourself.
Dining room: I felt still has a classy look to it we like.
Room: balcony room.

The ship was beautiful, different then the others in style but still gorgeous. Many staff cast members were great, more then a few aloof.
The old style muster is asking for trouble. We were packed into the venue Luna and made to wait for people who never showed up, it was excruciating.
The adult area was super small and filled up early, the little pool and hot tubs were people soup. Same ...
We had a nice cruise overall. The Conquest can get rowdy, as would be expected from any weekend cruise from Miami. The ship was kept up nicely and our staterooms were clean. We didn't attend any of the shows, so can't really comment on them. The buffet was small and very busy but we were able to make it work. Dinner in the MDR was good and the service was friendly and fast. We liked the movies by ...
We have always wanted to go to the East Coast of America, so this cruise was perfect for us. On board, we chose to use the Islands Restaurant, primarily because the buffet food selection was excellent, and had great views. We would like to thank Natassia, Carlos, Carter and Manbir for their friendliness and for looking after us and all the other customers so well.
Our cabin was spotless and ...
We took this cruise because it was out of NYC which is an hour from where we live and we have cruised with MSC before. It was nice not having to take an airplane to get to the cruise, instead we took Metro North train to Grand Central then to the NYC Ferry and to the ship. We just got back from a 19 day MSC cruise a month ago and decided to take this cruise to see MSC's Ocean Cay. Of course the ...
PROs: This Vessel is Beautiful! Well designed and laid out nicely, a lot of walking which was okay do to it size.
CONs: Customer service is horrible, causing the beauty to fade sadly enough. In my opinion customer service makes the/any trip worth the journey. Whereas, the MSC Meraviglia destroyed it. I’m not going to give a lot of words to describe the tour. Only to say all that glitters ...
I have gone on probably two dozen cruises, with several different cruise lines. Since we live in Florida, my husband has considered MSC in the past, but never booked because the reviews were not the best. We are so glad that he took a chance with the Seaside!
Embarkation was smooth and quick. We had a check-in time of 3:30 but arrived early. They allowed us to go through and we got through ...
My wife chose this cruise based on the itinerary. I had two covid cruises to make up before the end of June 2023, so we were a bit limited on where to sail based on the time of the year. But, neither of us had been to any of these port before, so it worked out great.
I had previously been on Norwegian Escape in 2019. I did solo cruise from NYC to Bermuda. I loved the Escape then, and I still ...
We wanted a family cruise. So we chose the carnival legend. The food selection was absolutely minimal. There was not many choices to chose from and everything we ate gave us diarrhea the whole entire time. And several other people in the boat dealt with the same issue. We went through a storm and in the midst of that, two rooms had their balconies fly completely off! The ship is very outdated. The ...
