It was my first time on a Spirit-class ship and I really think it's my favorite class I've been on. Even though it was a completely sold-out sailing, it didn't feel crowded at all. Most all the events we went to, we were able to get a seat without any problem - despite not showing up early. There was only one comedy show that we went to about 5-10 minutes before it started that was full and we ...
This was the worst cruise line we’ve ever been on. Please DO NOT choose MSC. We spent $3,000 for a holiday vacation and lived in squalor. We were supposed to have 3,500 people on our ship and we had 5,500. The staff was so stressed and under pressure, the buffet felt like a Black Friday door buster, tensions were through the roof, even in the complimentary restaurants the food was not edible. ...
A mixed bag of experiences.
Really spacious cabins. We had an inside cabin, which was the most well designed one I have ever seen. Felt roomy and organized.
We did a lot of the attractions on board. Some great (skydiving), some not (north star) and some unnecessary (bumper cars). Our five year old loved the kids club.
Ricky was the best cruise director I have ever had on a ...
Cruised Caribbean, December 2023. Multigenerational family visit with five cabins booked. Boat is very dirty and not well maintained. Food is very poor quality and hit or miss. Very poor vegetarian options with dried up salads or vegetables that have been overcooked and left out on the side for hours and then thrown on the plate. New Year’s Eve, for a vegetarian Daughter was a plate of salad or a ...
I have been on 14 cruises and this was the worst. I have been on Carnival 6 times prior (including this ship) and this time found it to be tired and worn out much like the staff. The ship needs some time off for repairs and simple routine care.
It is the first time I have ever said a ship needed more help...
I found the dining options adequate but limited. The lido buffet was always ...
The main reason my family and I chose this cruise was the price and it's close departure port. I have been on over 15 cruises on multiple cruise lines. This was first and last time sailing with MSC.
Let me begin by saying the money we saved in cruise fare was quickly offset by hidden costs and aggrevation.
MSC is a no-frills cruise company. They charge you for everything and anything and ...
I have never written a review on any of my experiences ever. I feel as though there are so many mixed reviews here that it’s hard to determine how you gage this ship, hopefully I can help.
My wife and I have travelled quite a few times on various ships and might be unfair to make comparisons because everyone’s expectations are different.
This is by far the worst experience we have ...
Cabins:
We were thoroughly impressed with the size and layout of the cabins. We had what must have been the smallest of the interior cabins and we never felt that it was lacking in size. The cabins were quiet and comfortable. The only issue we had was that one of our party members was located right under the kids club and the kids running around above the cabin was very noticeable and went on ...
We really enjoyed our time onboard. Super friendly everywhere we went and even though the ship was over capacity (we sailed with around 4400 passengers), we never had slow service in venues. Consistently excellent.
We had a standard balcony cabin. Room was modern, clean, good balcony space, comfortable bed, good size shower, lots of storage space, and good tv options for quiet times.

We chose MSC Seashore for a family cruise over the Christmas Holiday. Our main criteria for choosing this ship was the availability of a two bedroom suite with nearby balcony cabin (we were traveling with an infant and six year old with grandma coming along), kids club/activities, and affordability. We read all the reviews we could find on both MSC in general and Seashore specifically - and ...
