i've always cruised in balcony staterooms. 1st. time in a family suite. The perks and the way our butler, concierage, and room steward take care of you is awesome. I want to give a HUGE shout out to our butler, Jane Sartin, our concierage, Roel Gonzales and our room steward, Jun Sornito... They were incredible!!!!!! My in-laws were traveling with my wife and I, and they had the time of their ...

I chose the cruise due to friends recommendations. It was a simple drive to Boston parked very close to the ship check in was easy. We sat and relaxed waiting until we could board. I had brought magazines to read as I knew we would be waiting awhile. the online information was good. I read everything I could online. Then we boarded the ship it was lovely! we had not been ...

Wonderful Boston to Bermuda Cruise !!!

This was our 1st cruise. This was a “Cruise of a Lifetime!” We were upgraded to a Deluxe Owners Suite (12002) and the views/perks/amenities with that suite were AMAZING! I was initially worried/warned about the size of the bathrooms on a cruise ship because I’m a big guy. I needed the large “Luxury” bathroom and was completely satisfied with the size of the shower in the suite. We ...

Great transatlantic cruise!

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Silver Muse

We sailed on the Silver Muse in late April/early May on the transatlantic cruise to Ireland and had a fabulous cruise! We embarked in New York (most people got on in Fort Lauderdale) so embarkation was shockingly easy. Since nobody was getting off in New York, we figured our cabins would be ready and they were. We were on and having lunch by noon! Our suite was 719, which is a superior ...

Blissful Cruise on NCL

The ship is beautiful, the spa is now located at the back of the ship and a new 2-story, large observatory lounge is forward with the 2nd floor the Garden Buffet. In the Observation lounge: cruisers were putting their feet and laying on tables and chairs. Finally, the FreeStyle Daily, directed people to stop putting their feet on those objects and to stop laying on tables: how some people have bad ...

We just got off the maiden voyage of the Bliss, from London ( south Hampton) to NY. The ship, the people, the food and entertainment was fantastic. I have been on 20 plus cruises and this was my favorite. Thank you for the great time. Seeing that this is a review I do have one thing I would have changed. The humidor club has a smoking room. I like a cigar and a scotch but the place was full of ...

Trans-Atlantic on the Bliss

We chose the cruise because it was the maiden voyage for the Bliss and offered the opportunity to stay a few nights in both London and New York. It would have been nice if NCL offered transportation from London hotels to the port in Southampton, something other cruise lines do. Dining on the ship was excellent especially Le Bistro. Ocean Blue was good but not worth the surcharge. We didn't try ...

Great New Ship

We wanted to take a cruise that would start in Southampton and land in New York. The food, entertainment (Havana, Jersey Boys) and the amenities on the ship was excellent. The staff, seeing that this was a new ship, was very well coordinated, well trained, extremely polite and very efficient. The games that they had during the off night of major stage productions were well presented and executed ...

Pure Bliss

The opportunity to go on our first trans-Atlantic cruise, on a brand new vessel, with our favourite cruise line was too much to refuse. All of our party were at work the day before the sailing, as we live in the UK and have visited Southampton on several occasions in the past, we travelled down on the morning of the cruise. A four hour car journey meant we were in plenty of time for the scrum ...
