Review for a Bermuda Cruise on Norwegian Dawn

We chose this cruise because we never cruised before and since we live in the boston area we had the pleasure of no flying. This cruise was unbelievable. The service was excellent, the staff was so friendly and attentive to everything, especially the bar staff. The ship was very clean and well maintained. We booked a mini suite on the 11th floor and our steward Mochammad was so hard working ...

About two years ago we did the Lobster Cruise out of Portland, Maine. That was so good we booked this one out of Providence, RI. We were not disappointed. I like the American Cruise Line because of its informality. You do not need dress up clothes like you do on the big ships. You may want to take a few extra tops to wear in the evening to gussy up a bit but just a little bit. It is very ...

This was our first time on the Dawn, and it more than met our expectations. We wanted to go to Bermuda, but not on the bigger ships. We have sailed many other NCL ships, (Starward, Magesty, Norway, Jewel, Gem and the Sun. We never were disappointed in the service food or entertainment. We live near NYC, and when looking for a cruise to Bermuda, the only choice we had was the Escape. We did ...

I've taken several cruises on different cruise lines. My friend and I did a girls get away to Bermuda from Boston on the Dawn. ( 3 whole days in Bermudas port) I've done the bigger ships and different cruise lines, but I like the Dawn the best. If you want to have a good time but still find time to relax, this is your cruise. The Dawn is just the right size, not too much walking but still enough ...

Oma and Papa treated grandson, age 6 and his sister, age 3; other grandson, age 3 and his sister 14 months AND their parents to this cruise. The two families had an inside cabin across the hall from our mini suite where all hung out on the balcony. Our son and daughter are veteran cruisers and we are NCL platinum. In preparation for this cruise, I bought the families clip magnets to hang ...

Great Trip

Review for a Canada & New England Cruise on Grandeur of the Seas

We were very interested in the itinerary of this sailing and it didn’t disappoint. We had a grande two bedroom suite which was very nice. The concierge, Francs, was wonderful to us. The ship is older, with some rust here and there, but the ports of call and fantastic staff make up for it. Ports of call included Boston, Portland, Bar Harbor, St. John, New Brunswick and Halifax, Nova Scotia. We ...

Always dreamed of going to New England... Loved all the ports... Boston was a bit hectic but ok. We loved all the others. Five ports total. Lots to see and a relaxing boat to go back to. The service was beyond excellent. The dinning room staff was unbelievable! So much fun and laughter all through dinner. "Happy People" was our greeting and theme. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere of ...

Love the Grandeur and this itinerary. The crew is the friendliest and most amazing group of people. They all do everything they can to make sure that the guests are happy. The guests all seem like they are having a great time. The pianist in the Schooner bar was great. Rookie did a wonderful performance. Even the new cruisers were having a great time. They tried to do some awesome activities and ...

I picked this cruise itinerary because I’ve been on 3 other NCL Cruises and I wanted a different itinerary leaving out of NY. Overall, my friend and I were very pleased. I have to say the food was good and plentiful. I like the fact that they had 5 complimentary dining areas. We did go to the Teppanyaki Restaurant and paid a coverage charge. The food was good, as well as the entertainment from ...

Canada New England cruise NY on June 2. Celebrating our 60th birthdays. We had a suite. Could not say enough about the service throughout. From dining to the bartenders to the concierge. Our butler Teresa was amazing. Our concierge Elvina was always there when we needed her from the moment we got on to when we left. The entertainment in lounges was so good. We went there every night ...
