Long delays to get off ship. No organization whatsoever with lines. Stood in line for a total of 5 hours to get on and off the ship at newport, with no explanation or apology. We had only an hour in newport because of it. There were tender boats in newport. Only a few well priced cruises in Canada to see the fall foliage. I am even a travel agent and wow not impressed at all.
Goods:
Checking in was fast.
Ship in good overall condition.

Make sure your doorway isn't used for the cleaning cart with laundry, dirty plates & glasses, garbage etc most daily hrs. Terrible system! Rip off $10 charge for ANY room service on top of grat. Burger buffet is always the same- no variety except for a few Indian dishes. No am turkey bacon or sausage that other lines serve. All beef items were low quality. No cream for coffee. Day one, check in there was no greeter when entering terminal. We had to figure out on our own that the burly guy loading luggage onto carts was for our cruise. No signs anywhere. We had to ask if this was for our cruise. We gave him our luggage. They did not weigh our luggage so the 50lb limit was not checked. Entered terminal and followed greeters that were inside. This is our first cruise experience with Oceania. Overall, the ship has beautiful decor, cuisine and interactive TV is plentiful. This is about where the positives end. Their IT lags way behind the industry. Check-in is done online albeit without any mobile App to use. We just returned from a cruise on the Caribbean Princes.
We departed Quebec City and ended in NY.
Overall, the cruise was very disappointing.
Pre-covid we had traveled on two cruises with Princes.
These were much better and based on these experiences we booked the cruise in late Sept. of this year.
The difference is noticeable.

We chose this cruise because it was priced competitively and was going to the New England ports we have been wanting to visit. The staff on the ship did a very good job and they treated us well. Getting on the ship was easy and some of the ports were really nice. Now that I have covered all the positives, let me share the negatives.
