We loved this cruise and the boat was amazing. The staff were very helpful and kind. Our cabin was always clean and the public areas were also always clean. We only had a few suggestions. Though it was a good buy to beautiful Bermuda - but was mistaken -the actual cost was nearly three times the ad price.. .Low quality, not fun and they actually yelled at us customers! Buyer beware - use a travel agent.

I'm a glass if half full kinda guy so read my review with this in mind. I decided to take my 20yo daughter on a decompression vacation the day after she took her MCAT test after 6 months of study. We booked at the very last minute. Cruise Outlet messed up our reservation so we ended up in an ocean view room with no perks instead of balcony with all the "Free at Sea" stuff.

This was our first time on the Escape. Embarkation was quicker than our previous cruises from Manhattan. Our dining experience was the best of the four NCL cruises we’ve been on. Dedicated NCL membersDisembarkation took 3 hours. They lost our souvenirs which they were holding for us and then were nasty about it. Two nights for dinner at Cagneys were fair at best. The first thing I noticed about this ship and continued to experience was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
This was our first time with NCL. I found that the ship was not as easy to find my way around as some Royal Carribean ships. But otherwise the different options for eating, the pool area, and lounges added a lot of variety.

We chose this cruise as my husband does not like to fly and Boston is convenient to us. We enjoyed the cruise. The water was choppy the first night - it always seems that way when leaving Boston.

This was our 24th cruise, and we went out of Boston to celebrate our anniversary and to avoid flying to Florida. We upgraded to a suite about 6 weeks before cruising and I would do that again just to take advantage of eating breakfast and lunch in their private dining rooms, Moderno and Cagney’s. Overall we had a nice cruise.

We took the train from North Carolina the day before and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across from the Casino. The hotel was clean but unremarkable. We were pleasantly surprised to see others who would be sailing with us there along with at least one Pinnacle couple.
