Embarkation was fast and efficient. Upon arrival in our room, I usually do a spray of Lysol that I bring with. I opened drawers and found a week old newspaper along with a couple of pills. There were several hairs on the desk chair and on the bed. After I sprayed the top of the desk, I wiped it off with several tissues. It was dirty! I spayed and wiped again and it was clean. Had a great time. Met new friends. Got this one off our bucket list. Room was nice. Dining ok. Embarkation:
The process of boarding in Fort Lauderdale was easy, fast, and efficient. We arrived around 11 AM and were checked in and on board the ship by 11:20. Staff was helpful and courteous. We went to the buffet and our cabin was ready by 12:45. Embarkation was better than any of our past cruises.

This was our first cruise. It was convenient for us leaving out of Boston.
We had two teenagers with us that we barely saw. The teen club was awesome for them. The staff and crew on the ship was great. It's the little things that struck me as great customer service. One day coming back to the ship it was raining and we were greeted with plushy towels to wrap in.

We love NCL!!! However, Port of Canaveral experience was single point of failure for embarkation. With bottle-neck entrance, little signage, no provisions for separate entrance for Platinum and above guests, everyone waited in the line from Hades - we waited for more than 2 hours to gain entrance to the building! We found a good price for this cruise and are tired of going to the same old places in the Caribbean, so we booked and inside room, and then upgraded to a mini-suite. We chose this ship for the exceptionally itinerary which was great ! This was 2nd cruise on the EPIC out of 67 other cruises.
