This was the absolute worst cruise line that I have been on and I have been on 15 cruises. This was a budget cruise charging exorbitant prices. We were in a suite and we had no information provided for a special check in, why pay 11, 500 when we could have paid $2000 and gotten on board like every one else. Worst staff ever! most staff were incompetent at their jobs, especially reception and pursers office.

Liked itinerary and had sailed with Oceania before.
Time in Bermuda was cut short.
Entertainment was sad.
Ocenia has changed since it sold out to big cruise line.

Check-in process was easy my balcony room is updated and very clean. The buffet was absolutely disgusting. The burger rolls were hard and moldy. If you like to wait in line take this cruise. Bermuda now requires a travel authorization to be filled out pay 40.00 per person. Then when you get to the pier wait in line to get this document APPROVED by the bermuda government. Norwegian does not tell you about this before you book only after they have your money.
