4th time cruising, so far the worst. a few reasons why.
1) Need reservation for the iFly and North Star, which are the two biggest attractions on the boat. Spaces were gone almost immediately... Even the surfing needs reservation. Room escape looks cool, again, need reservation. What a shame!
2) Don't go in July/Aug as there are just way too many kids. The Bermuda route made it even worse ...

Royal Caribbean is no longer the Top Shelf Cruise Line. They no longer pride themselves on great service and food. Most food was mediocre and most staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Chops Grill was unable to deliver a steak medium rare. They tried three times and it was sent back three times. An Absolute joke, that a Steakhouse that you pay extra can’t cook a steak correctly.

My wife and I scheduled this cruise as a convenient and varied way to spend time with her mother. We chose this cruise to travel with a few families. This was our daughter's Sweet Sixteen option in lieu of a party, along with four other friends and their families.
Although we made the best of it, we all found the ship to be overwhelmingly large. As a result of the size, the staff was not able to service with attention to detail.

I would really love to give this cruise 5 stars and I probably would have If guest services was not in the picture. I went with a wedding party with over 60 people. The food, entertainment and staff are all incredible. However, guest services is not.
