We booked the world cruise for 116 nights but are home now after the horror show put up by this cruise company. We decided to come back in 80days because, the ship kept on running out of food. No choice for vegetarians except for salad (which is good for cows not human being). Ran out of fruit juices. Cancelled 10ports. Food if ever it was available it was inedible as it was under cooked. ...

Needs a complete re think on many of its services. Did a P&O 8 years ago and wasn't impressed but tried again to see how things have improved. Sadly I am unable to give a good review. Cabins are ok but if you don't put your sign on the door it won't be cleaned.. its apparently policy that staff can't go and clean unless you put a sign on your door... anyway.. you only get hand-wash, shower ...

Wetherspoons at sea.

Wetherspoons at sea. First cruise with p&o since 2019. Cannot believe the decline in standards. No cabin service in the evening, rationing butter in the restaurants, stained carpets, tatty furnishings, ship was permanently cold (had to wear a coat in the lounges) staff very rushed. Poor information on ports. I did inform guests service of all of the above and to be honest they weren't very ...

Never Again!

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Euribia

Under no circumstances would I ever sail with MSC again. The cabin (while very comfortable) was on deck 9 (directly above the lounge). There is no soundproof beneath the cabin and thus was forced to listen and "feel" the music into the wee hours of the night. When we went to guest services - we were told the cruise is full and there would be nothing they could do. So, EVERY night of the cruise, we ...

Poor service, poor food and over crowded

This was our first and last MSC cruise. We have used many other cruise companies all of which are far superior. Highlights. Nice boat, plenty to do and very well appointed and decorated. Great drinks package, premium drinks of a high quality all available within it. Ok entertainment. Not a patch on Royal Caribbean and others but they tried hard and it was entertaining if a little low rent ...

Please never book MSC

If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning. The baby pool on the cruise was under maintenance ...

We are currently on this terrible cruise Over 500 people on board have signed a petition protesting the way MSC are treating us. 1. So many sea days Change of itinerary increasing itinerary to an extra 20 sea days, less port times, and no compensation for these changes or refunds of tax and port fees. As compared to other cruise companies such as Cunard, princess, costa etc who have ...

MSC said the ship was refurbished in 2023 and they must be talking about the exterior of the ship. The public stairs lot dated with the teal and chocolate motif. The cabins are either navy or bordello red. The furniture in the cabin is worn, sun bleached and dated, think 90’s. Dining options are limited. There is the main dining room offering a selection of reoccurring average to say the best ...

We chose this world cruise excited to visit some of our bucket list destinations. While visiting Egypt became impossible due to conflict in the region we were still thrilled we would be going to Rhodes. But not to be. More than half the cruise has been made up of sea days with substandard destinations. Food has bern appalling with regular absence of fresh fruit, salad and now no coffee available ...

RIPPED OFF AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT CRUISE

Do not i repeat, do not book an norwegian/oceana cruise. You have been warned we are on the around the world cruise currently. the cruise is 196 days from miami florida to new york. It is utterly a complete disappoint. If i was to write every disappointment, we have experienced up to now it would be 10 pages. We are going to try to condense it. First, they advertises the best cuisine at sea. That ...
