This is our second time with Princess Cruise and we are not regretted at all. The food is excellent and service is every caring. The only thing we don't like is this ship just has too many passengers. The Horizon Court for dining is terribly crowded, stretched with its capacity. We would prefer a smaller ship for next cruise.

We wanted to see the Baltics and this cruise was just right! The ship was amazing and I rarely felt like there were 4600 guests aboard. We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. We would have preferred embarking/disembardking in Copenhagen and Stockholm but could not find this itinerary. Also, I think most people would have preferred more time in Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo than a sea day and whole day in Berlin. There were 13 of us on this cruise ages 85 to 6. Everything from embarkation to disembarkation went smoothly.

Summary: This is a great ship for an old person who likes wine and doesn't care about entertainment. If this isn't you, it's not much fun. We choose this cruise for the great port cities it offered, however the cruise was full of rude kids who bully and harass guests, poor food quality. And rude staff.
Every floor was plagued with ding dong dash games, we had a hard time getting sleep, the adult only areas are full of kids, and the bars are all understaffed to reduce the amount of drinks you can get with unlimited package.
