I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. This was my first experience on a cruise. Unfortunately, we booked 3 excursions ahead of time that were offered on the website and all 3 were cancelled. Not a fan of inside cabins, wanted to try one with a window that overlooks the Promenade. Hubby is claustrophobic so invited sister to experience this cruise with me.
