We discovered a serous safety issue. The cabin steward washed drinking glasses out in the bathroom sink and refused to provide sanitized glasses. This may be why we got covid?

Worst vacation I’ve ever had. Started with boarding in cape Canaveral…that was 4 hours in line, and 3 hours past our boarding time, before we got on the ship. We stood in line, in the sun, for 4 hours with no water. Once on the boat, realized very quickly it seemed over crowded. We had a balcony room that was okay. The elevators were a 5-10 minute wait.
