Boring, even for a senior, food not that impressive.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Nieuw Statendam

The lido market was like golden corral. Dining room had serious lag between courses and slightly better food. Pay extra restaurants were not worth the money. Overall very disappointed in food and lack of activities. Most activities were centered around getting you to spend more money on something. Not even dance dg in evenings. Clean cabin and friendly shore excursions. We would not go again ...

Bliss? You've gotta be kidding!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

We chose this cruise because we have cruised the eastern Caribbean many times with P & O, flying directly to Barbados. Cruising from NYC to the Western Caribbean offered something different, with a different cruise line and a very different demographic on board. The Bliss is a lovely ship but, as others have noted, there are simply too many people for the on-board facilities. Rather than ...

Overpriced Carnival cruise for children

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Disney Wonder

My 3 year old had the time of her life, but I was disappointed. The Disney Oceaneer club for kids was fantastic and the nursery was also good. The adult entertainment and activities were awful. The buffet was better than average, but the main dining room, Pinocchio's Pizza, and the grill was bad to mediocre. If you don't have a rewards status on Disney, you can forget about booking any specialty ...

We had such hopes for this trip. The ship & itinerary fit our needs on paper but in reality we were disappointed with the execution of this cruise. Not only did embarkation change from Puerto Morelos to Cozumel after booking our flights but the trip was advertised to include diving in Honduras. On boarded we learned Puerto Cortes was a dirty shipping port with no diving. The water was green ...

Princess going downhill

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Sky Princess

Sailing: 2/1/20 If we could rate this at 2.5 stars, that would be best. We’re Platinum and if we cruise again it won’t be on Sky Princess, and perhaps not on Princess at all. BOARDING – It was chaotic, but quick. Due to coronavirus, we’d been advised that there would be medical screenings, but there weren’t besides asking if we had traveled in Asia. No checking for fevers. We brought wine, ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Breakaway

It's been years since we sailed on NCL, but we thought we would give it a try. Major disappointment. The show/entertainment was sub-par. The food in the dining room ms and buffet were awful, but the service was good. Our room Stewart was very rude. The casino set up was cool. Embarkation was smooth. The entire cruise seemed disorganized. We had a storm which stopped the tenders from running, so ...

Beautiful ship, minus the service inefficiency and rude, pushy passengers

We chose this cruise because it seemed at the time to be the best deal of the season in respect to price, available packages, itinerary, and our own criteria. We were a group of 10 people in 4 cabins. 2 reserved balcony staterooms in Bella Experience, and 3 in "guaranteed" inside staterooms ( 2 of which got upgraded to balconies 3 days before the cruise). The guaranteed room only means that ...

Worst customer service all around!

This was our 4th cruise with Norwegian first on the Breakaway. I have never experienced a more reluctant crew to provide service. Many staff members were too busy talking/visiting with each other or cell phones. Here is our list of disappointments regarding poor customer service on our 7 day excursion. 1. Stateroom- steward removed our opened wine bottle and our chocolates that we set ...

Family recommended this cruise line and went with family and friends. This is our 7th or 8th cruise in last two years. Pros: Staff was friendly, accommodating, room very clean. John at the omelette station was an artist and made breakfast very enjoyable. Sauna, steam room and showers very good--Great water therapy tub with jet movement Cons:: Dining and food experience ...

Firstly it reeked. It smells of sewage. The water they serve smells like sewage. Out of the 5 days we were cruising I can tell you I only had 1-2 decent meals. Bread served at every meal was hard and old. Food was always served cold. The buffet and dinning were the worst and least edible. We literally ate out of necessity. I can't even recommend food. Bring your own snacks and mostly survive on ...
