Beautiful ship. Poor cruise line

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Seashore

We booked 18 cabins on this cruise directly thru MSC. They would do nothing for us as far as discounts or added ammenities for our group. They said they didn't have to give us anything. Bad start to a cruise. Dining room staaff was horrible. First night we didn't have enough chairs at the table. Had to wait until they found chairs. Didn't get rolls or butter. Tables near us had ...

Cheapened Cruise, bring Pre Covid back.

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Legend

I have always really enjoyed cruising and out of Baltimore is a plus. I've cruised all lines out of Baltimore and have liked Carnival best. Pre Covid we cruised on Pride and really enjoyed ourselves. After Covid we have cruised twice on the Legend. The first cruise on Legend was average, I chalked most of this up to the fact of the cruise ships just getting back into business and getting their ...

We went a weekend and we really had a good time because in the end it's a vacation but inside the cruise very bad service the food was fatal too many people to such an extent that there were endless queues I would never repeat. You had high expectations and I left very disappointed it's really my experience I made the mistake of not checking the comments first and for me the worst thing was that ...

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Allure of the Seas

The cruise ship itself was large and clean. The staff though was not trained very well and confusing to talk with. I had purchased the soft drink package which comes with a cup to use at the drink stations. I thought this might be addressed at the check in but that was basically a glance at your passport and sent aboard. I could not find any information other than to see guest services so I did ...

Disappointing Crusie

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Epic

Disappointment in the quality of this cruise. This is my third NCL and 5th cruise and was the least enjoyable of my experience. The staff was frequently rude in numerous departments. You had to wait in line for everything including all restaurants and bars, which I've never experienced before. It was a minimum 20-30 minute wait for all bars & restaurants for service. There was a lack of activities ...

Totally NOT what we hoped for! First time USA

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Norwegian Epic

After several cruises in Europe, we really wanted to visit the Caribbean. NCL seemed as good a choice as others. We went for the itinerary. In short; the ship and service was great. Although she felt somewhat 'outdated' to us. We had a nice aft balcony stateroom. The 'strange lay out ones' as you can read all over You Tube... A cupboard didn't close. A nightlamp didn't work, but ...

Last year we went on Royal Independence of the Seas and we had a great time. This time we decided to go on one of their bigger ships Allure of the Seas. First we didn’t realize they did NOT have any water slides for the kids. They had a small splash pad area that squirted water but it was very lame. We were able to make it to the Aqua Show on the back of the boat on the standby line and that thing ...

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Carnival Vista

After a disastrous cruise on Liberty in July 2023, I swore off Carnival. However, I found a VERY cheap 3 day (changed to 2 at last minute) trip on Vista for my birthday celebration right out of my home port (Orlando) and decided to give them another try. On a positive note: the ship was fresh out of dry dock so the smells and broken disrepair of the Liberty were not present. However, I do believe ...

Staff Was Terrific But Cruise Missing A Lot

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Celebrity Summit

Over 20 cruises with Celebrity. No typical champaign greeting...No playing cards at the concierge. No invitations to anything. The maitre de went far beyond the call of duty, as did the waiters...but all their fine service couldn't help the flavorless food and lack of choices. The entertainment in the bars and lobby areas were tolerable, but the stage performances were lackluster. The ...

My wife and I have been on 17 cruises including this one. On Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Holland America Line, Cunard, Viking and 4 previous NCL cruises. This one was the worst. Lines:There were lines for everything. We had to wait at least 1 hr before a show in line to get into the theater. We couldn't even get into cavern club due to no seats yet the Spiegel tent was unused for most of the ...
