Sailed MSC on different ship years ago and loved it. This trip was not at all up to par. Upgraded to Auria. They charged double. $700 Then no Auria services. Only my 4th. trip with NCL and first (and last) on the Escape. It was rare to find soap in the restrooms in the common areas and at the entrance to the buffet and usually no towels.
