Booked the Concierge level for this cruise, and would not recommend. First 2 days had no service until we went to Guest Relations to complain. Kept waiting for steward to show up. Service was sub-par compared to other cruise lines. Reservations are required for dining room & impossible to get. Waiting in line for meals is the norm. You don't have a set seating time, table, or server.so meals are anonymous. Cabibs were VERY small not well cleaned. This ship isn't meant for any bad weather. You feel EVERY wave and they often miss ports due to the inability to stabilize.
