Excellent value on a classic ship

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Grandeur of the Seas

This is my 4th cruise on Grandeur of the Seas and I look forward to sailing on her again very soon. The ship has a spacious feel and her interior is very clean and well maintained by a loving, friendly crew. The March 18th sailing was her last before her scheduled drydock in Freeport. While talking with the crew many of her refurbishment details were unknown however I am assuming in addition to ...

I was worried as this ship is the smallest and oldest of Rroyal Caribbeans fleet but I was greatly surprised!! The staff was supper attentive and friendly, the boat wasn't crowded at all there was always available pool chairs available, and the food was absolutely delicious I was obsessed and gained a few pounds for sure LOL. We loved our dinner staff Yogi and Iputu! Yogi did some magic tricks for ...

This cruise ship and the staff are the best. They are professional in every way. My wife and I booked this cruise for our anniversary. Smooth process from day one of booking. We dined every night at the Manhattan. Food was great I have no complaints. Our server Marvin was polite and made sure we were taken good care of. The complete staff in the Manhattan restaurant went above and beyond. The ship ...

Amazing first cruise!

This was our first cruise! Our first happy surprise is that we were upgraded from an inside cabin to a verandah. We were absolutely thrilled! We spent quite a bit of time on our covered verandah enjoying the incredible views. We are in our mid-40's and were definitely on the younger end of our cruise's population, but we didn't mind. We definitely preferred that to a bunch of partying spring ...

Wanted to get away from Midwest winter and experience beautiful new ship. Unfortunately chose Spring Break week which meant Fort Lauderdale was packed with many other ships besides ours leaving Sunday. Traffic from our hotel was awful but we finally got there. Embarkation was smooth and efficient. Since we were Concierge class we were able to have a sit down lunch onboard ship at the ...

I went on this cruise with my friends and family, and we all had a great time. Because of the big size, it was a little hard to navigate, and The waters were a bit shakey. Other than that, it was mostly smooth sailing. We had a great time, but we did have to miss a stop due to safety issues in Haiti. Perfect day in Coco cay by Royal Caribbean was one of the nicest private islands I've ever been ...

My wife and I went on a cruise from Miami to Miami, from March 16 to March 27, 2024, in the Oceania Vista ship. Following are our comments: The ship: The Oceania Vista is a very well designed ship. Not only is it beautiful, but also has many public spaces for passengers and we never felt overwhelmed by the other 1,200 fellow guests. We always found where to sit or sunbathe around the ...

Was the 1ST cruise I have ever been on but the experience was amazing. My wife gave me a heads up on what to expect - but the actual experience exceeded what I had in mind. The Ship: The ship itself is an older 2003 (not sure if that's considered older by experienced crusiers). Either way, the ship was very nice and clean throughout. Working as an area custodial supervisor I can tell the ...

This was our 8th cruise on Royal Caribbean. we've been on the Oasis class at least 4 times and on the Quantum class 4 times. The quantum class is our favorite, and the Odyssey did not disappoint. Embarkation: we signed up for the KEY program, which comes with free Wi-fi streaming for each guest who gets the key, and you can board early and there are a few benefits throughout the cruise (we ...
