We chose this cruise on the Beyond mostly because of the itinerary, along with the fact that the Beyond is a newer ship.
We were not disappointed. We loved our cabin. It was on the 11th floor, concierge class, and had lots of room to store all of our clothes and other things. Our steward, Ari, was great. He always had a smile for us and a wonderful attitude. Our favorite bar was the ...
What a beautiful ship ! The decor and artwork was beautiful! The service was outstanding! The food was great!
The entertainment was exceptional! The bars and venues were great! We had a deluxe interior, it was spacious and the king size bed was comfortable!Getting on was smooth as well as getting off! Seeing the captain and senior people on the gangway as we were leaving the ship was memorable! ...
If you like sitting in your cabin, the norwegian epic is the ship for you. There were so many people on the ship, we waited 20-30 for a drink at every bar, for anything other than the buffet there was an hour and a half wait from the moment they opened, we couldn’t get a seat on the pool deck, and couldn’t get into any shows (even showing up 45 minutes early). On sea days, it was almost impossible ...
KEY welcome lunch was exceptionally good.
There was a person making specialty reservations with a short line at the key lunch entrance. Next to it is Hibachi, and you have to make Hibachi there. That was a 20 minute line at 11:00.
Diamonds still get full access into Crown lounge, but it is on deck 4, no windows. It has good coffee, was comfortable. and was not crowded for breakfast or 6:pm. ...
Beautiful Aqua suite cabin. Which is really a Sky suite, same size and layout. Aqua just means u get to go into the spa facility. Love that the bed faces the balcony!!! And suite cabins get a real balcony unlike infinite verandahs on Edge class ships where the “balconies” are just sun rooms with a drop down window Nice bathroom with a toilet closet and big bathtub/shower and peek a boo window ...
We did this cruise for my birthday and really enjoyed it. The food was yummy, we had great, friendly service, the gym was nice, and I enjoyed being able to relax. The silent dance party was my favorite activity. Our balcony was a great place to relax. It didn’t feel too packed or busy. Overall, we truly enjoyed this cruise. I really enjoyed the aerialists in the bar in the middle of the ship. It ...
My first cruise 23 years ago was with Holland America and I fell in love with cruising. The staff on Holland America back then was out of this world! Dining was elegant and all the waiters lined up in tuxes as you entered the dining room. Everyone dressed elegantly for dinner, and as you left the dining room they handed out thin slices of ginger to cleanes your palete. At the pool they had a ...
I choose this cruise as it was a “sisters” cruise and the timeframe was perfect.
Getting to embarkation was harrowing! I can’t blame RC but the port of Miami needs to seriously address the ingress /egress and congestion. It took an hour to go the 4 miles from the hotel to the port! We had the Key, so once we arrived- we quickly boarded. Lunch for Key in the MDR was just ok. I was ...
This was my 83rd cruise. We were on the Apex last year and enjoyed it so much we decided to book the new Ascent in January 2024. The Celebrity "Edge" class ships are really my favorite ships to date, and I have been on almost every cruise line. Have not been on Princess for many years, going the the Enchanted Princess this August, anxious to see how they compare. I want to book on the new ...
We had a great experience a few years ago on the Breakaway so we just assumed it would follow into this cruise. Not the case......... We had 10 of us on this cruise ship and all feel the same.
The Jade has nothing to do for the kids (we had our 2 grandchildren ages 4 and 6). The activities are blah. Bingo and deal or no deal which cost around $50 a person to play. The evening shows are ...
