What a disappointment

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Eurodam

This was our fourth Holland America cruise, and HAL had become our favorite line. But we will not set foot on Eurodam again. It is worn and going downhill. In need of a renovation soon. I paid for "Have it All" for our entire family of eleven, and WiFi connectivity was the worst we have ever experienced. That was extremely frustrating. In fact, we couldn't download our photos because ...

Extremely Aggravating & Disappointing

In the past 27 years, we’ve spent over 300 days on cruise ships, and this was definitely our worst experience. And that’s including a cruise to Alaska on the Radiance of the Seas when the entire crew had walked out two weeks before… If we had not previously sailed Holland America, there’s no way we ever would again. We are low maintenance and have always enjoyed friendly relationships with ...

We stayed in a sea Terrace XL because Rockstar rooms were sold out. Let’s start with a good. The wake, the pink agave, extra-virgin are all fantastic restaurants. The others are just okay. There is a fabulous spa and high tea at the Sip Lounge. Also an old school arcade on the 7th floor that’s very fun and nostalgic. The photo ops and scarlet night is spectacular. Very instagrammable. Onto ...

Worst Cruise to date

This was our 6th cruise but first on HA. They had to be short-staffed or something. However, if it weren't for good experiences in port, it would have been a pretty miserable vacation. I am not looking forward to cruising again for a long time. Our first port day we set the card out for breakfast in the room the night before. We've done this on 5 previous cruises and have had no issues. ...

We booked this cruise as part of the heroes deal (buy one get one free) and unfortunately the price was the only thing was too good to be true. We purchased the drink package which in includes 10 drinks for two days; not advised if all you consume is beer as it only really worth it for liquor and mixed drinks. The drinks varied in tastefulness from bar to bar, but nonetheless the bar tenders ...

Did not live up to expectation

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on MSC Seascape

This was our second time with MSC on Yacht Club. We were very impressed last year when we tried Yacht Club for the first time but was disappointed this time. It started from embarking - totally chaos. Everyone was lined up in the same line - no priority as Yacht Club guess who pay 5-10 times the price as regular guests – which we are happy to do if we get the service and benefits which should ...

Just disappointing…

We chose this cruise because it was a brand new ship and we had sailed with MSC on three other cruises in the past (in the Caribbean and Mediterranean) and they were always super fun. The cabin was really nice, the itinerary was good and the places we visited we really liked. Also, several of the staff members had the drive and energy to offer really good service (like our housekeeping- which ...

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Mariner of the Seas

Let me start by saying I gave a two star rating ONLY because we had a safe cruise. Now for my review, me and my family (around 20 of us) choose this cruise because we wanted to do a holiday cruise since our children are now older. All of us are experienced cruisers to include our children, as such we know what to expect during a cruise. Well, this cruise was problematic from the first day we ...

Could not Escape quick enough

Cruised on NCL Escape 12/24/22 with 2 adult children. We have cruised many lines before but first and last time with NCL. From before, when they failed to notify our travel agent or us of a decrease in cruise fare and then would do nothing about it to the joke that they call Disembarkation, the Escape leaves a lot to be desired. There are only a few bright spots - the employees as they always had ...
