We've been cruising since the 1970's with RCCL and are Diamond level customers. We will not cruise with RCCL again !!! RCCL has cut back on selections and the quality of the meats served in the Main Dining Room and Windjammer Buffet.
We paid $8K for an 8 day cruise with a spacious balcony cabin, drink packages, one specialty dinner and The Key.
The very least RCCL could do is serve a ...
I quit. Cruisin with Royal Caribbean since 1999 and am a Pinnacle level (top tier) member. In the earlier days, the RCL cruises were more classy cruises with beautiful dinners and professional staff. We fell in love and stayed loyal for years. But over the years, RCL built more ships and became money hungry. They increased room capacity on all the ships, cut back on many elements that made ...
This is not my first time cruising but first time on MSC. I have cruised on Celebrity, NCL, Princess, and Royal Caribbean. I had seen the MSC ships and thought I'd check them out for a short cruise as I wasn't familiar with the line. Thank goodness I didn't book a longer one. The ship is filthy. Pool deck is black, carpets gross. Sticky fingerprints everywhere. Pool cushions disgusting. Tables ...
It took 3 hours to get to our cabin from the time boarding was scheduled. The food selection is not the greatest, majority of the food have pork (not much selection for those who don’t eat pork). The entertainment options are limited to music and other things that are not of interest to me. Majority of the staff are not the friendly compared to other cruise ships i have been on. The unlimited wifi ...
Had high hopes for NCL, but I was really underwhelmed. The food was not very good, with the exception being the buffet lunch in the Garden Cafe. Breakfast there was fair. Service was just okay. Egg dishes and bread and rolls were dry and flavorless. Fruit was very good. The food area was clean and well maintained. Lunch offered a lot of very tasty dishes as well as healthy options. Dinner ...
Took the Carnival Liberty on 7-31-2023, and stayed on the Main Deck (Level 2) near the AFT. Throughout the entire 4-day cruise there was a constant noise that sounded like water flowing through a main drain pipe. This was very disturbing to our sleep and made the sailing very uncomfortable. Beware of this area of the ship as it was horrible to hear this sound throughout the entire ...
We are experienced cruisers in three major lines. We travel at least 4 times a year. We are disappointed about this last cruise. We expected a downturn in the quality of the ship, customer care, food etc. right after covid but not at this point. Carnival substantially increased their prices regarding all fares. For us, that’s fine as long as the food quality is still there because we primarily ...
We were at the Carnival Sunrise.
This ship is very old and the rooms are extremely small for the cost that is paid
In addition to that and the most outrageous thing of all was the bad service, the bathroom in the room always had a smell of urine from the first day. That is a sign that it was never cleaned, the floor of the room was never cleaned, that was a complete disaster.
The drinks ...
Cruise Review
Disorganized embarkment - muster confusion, delayed baggage, no bottled water in room despite buying “deluxe beverage package” and claims that we’d have bottled water brought to our room daily.
Broken room balcony door handle required maintenance.
Forced to pay for WiFi or you can’t use the mobile app to track business hours or activities on boat. And wireless access is ...
We decided to go on a short family weekend getaway on Freedom of the Seas with our son, DIL, 10 month old granddaughter and extended family. Our party had a total of 5 cabins. 3 balcony, 1 promenade and 1 inside (our cabin).
The good... Embarkation was a breeze, we where on the ship with in 15 minutes of walking into the terminal. Whomever they contract to check passengers in, great job! ...
