We have cruised many times and our entire family voted this ship the worst cruise yet. At embarkation Carnival could not locate our cabin keys so this caused a delay even though as a suite guest boarding is supposed to be quicker. Service is extremely slow in the restaurants. NJ -advertised as beautiful port=industrial park get on the ship and directed to go get food with over 4,000 people. the folks who have cruise before go to their room which your asked not to do since the crew are still cleaning rooms from the previous cruise that morning(the crew work 7days a week with a minimum of 10hr day for 6-8mths straight)
