Here’s the TLDR version up front, then if you want details, they are provided below.
THE GOOD:
Great food, mostly great entertainment, exceptional staff, nice ship, nice room, excellent casino, CocoCay! Post COVID cruising is 85% of what it used to be and we had a blast. No masks were required on the ship as all travelers were mandated to be vaxed and tested prior to sailing.

It was been about 9 years since we have sailed on Disney and our first cruise in 2 years (since Covid). We had an amazing time. We were concerned with Covid how it would go but in typical Disney fashion it exceeded our expectations.
We arrived to the port at 11 am. After dropping our luggage, we were ushered through to Covid testing. The entire Covid testing staff role modeled the Disney ...
It was our first time on a cruise and it will not be our last because we had an absolutely great experience. The restaurants are exquisite. My only regret is that we couldn’t try all of them even though we were on a five days cruise. We had to go back to the excellent Extra Virgin Italian restaurant so we could try their other dishes. We were surprised and loved the gastronomic experience we had ...
We went on the March 18-23rd Dominican Daze cruise, 2022. It was such a wonderful cruise. We were told that the ship has a maximum capacity of 2800 passengers and it appeared that our cruise was at about 30% capacity which means that we really felt like we were more on a mega yacht rather than a cruise. More attention from the crew, more availability for the shows and dinners, and less crowding. ...
Imori Patra who serviced our cabin did an amazing job. He was always pleasant to talk to and always kept our cabin clean. Anytime we asked for anything it was done promptly. The cruise overall was great. Great crew and guests. It was very fun. The food had perfect portions where you don’t over eat and get to try different plates. It’s nice that every night you can try different kinds of foods from ...
We were invited to enjoy this cruise with friends. This cruise was above and beyond what we could of ever expected! We had beautiful weather to enjoy this experience at sea. For our first cruise we were blown away by the staff from start to finish! The service was five star! The ship was designed to enjoy the relaxation and amenities being at sea should provide on vacation. The events and shows ...
It’s a new adventure & I wanted to be on the Wonder.
I had reservations at 3 restaurants & was disappointed in all of them. The first was Izumi Sushi, not the Hibachi side of the restaurant. Spider Roll was not very good. Skipped dessert. The 2nd was Hooked. Had the lobster & it was mealy. 2nd lobster was brought out, also mealy. Skipped dessert. 3rd was Mason Jar. I had the BBQ Brisket & it ...
This was my 3rd sailing on Holland America but the 1st time I had a Casino package. The ship was beautiful, staterooms clean and well laid out.
I at in the Lido most of the time. The food is very good especially the Asian section. Fresh stir fry to your specifications. The lamb curry was amazing.
Activities were plentiful. There is plenty of music as well as planned activities. The ...
This was my second Disney cruise, the first was on Wonder in 2009. I had great expectations and was expecting many things after watching Youtube videos from recent sailings in February 2022. This sailing was still capacity-controlled which I felt made the trip more enjoyable. Face masks were only required in the terminal while boarding and in the Walt Disney Theatre. Unfortunately, this sailing ...
I went on this cruise for my mom's birthday. The cabin was an incredible 5/5, however, we wish the dining rooms had more vegetarian options. The pasta was amazing, especially the penne pasta with goat cheese and pesto that I got at Lumiere's when we boarded. The buffet was amazing, and served especially good desserts. The eggs benedict was also very good, and we all loved the pizza. The pool was ...
